Tina McGlothlin

Human Resources Manager Tina McGlothlin joined the Miramont team in early February of 2022 after working in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years. Tina strives to properly communicate Miramont's mission, vision and values to all 180 team members while providing individual guidance throughout everyone's unique professional growth.

Previously, Tina has served as the Director of Sales at Christopher's World Grille in Bryan for more than a decade. Her experience in that role and other leadership roles throughout her career strengthened not only client relations, but more so the professional development for each team member. While being heavily involved in recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll and beyond, Tina’s pledge is to tend to Miramont's 'work-family' with a welcoming open-door commitment and care for the needs and concerns of all her colleagues.

Born and raised in Hanau, Germany, Tina obtained her degrees in Hospitality Management at the IHK University in Frankfurt, Germany and moved to Texas with her husband, Bill, in 2002. Bill and Tina have three children, sons William and Dorian and daughter Angelika.
